The music video stars Avenged Sevenfold, as well as several actors/models, and features about 150 fans from the Los Angeles area. The video was shot on October 5 and 6 of 2005 at the Mayan Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.


The video is based on the idea of corruption and shows various scenarios involving the band and several actors who are turned evil. Actress Elizabeth Kelly aids the band in their mission until she is corrupted at the end of the video.
