Baron Ritchie of Dundee, of Welders in the Parish of Chalfont St Giles in the County of Buckingham, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom.
His grandson, the third Baron, served as Chairman of the London Stock Exchange from 1959 to 1965 and was admitted to the Privy Council in 1965.
As of 2006 the title is held by the latter's younger brother, the fifth Baron.

Charles Thomson Ritchie, 1st Baron Ritchie of Dundee (19 November 1838–9 January 1906), was a British politician.
He was born at Dundee, Scotland and educated at the City of London School.
On 22 December 1905, he was created a peer as Baron Ritchie of Dundee, but he was in ill-health, and he died at Biarritz in January 1906.
