 The Atlantic City Cardsharks were a professional Indoor Football team playing their home games in the historic Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The team player in the NIFL(National Indoor Football League) for only one season, 2004. The Cardsharks went 9-5 in the regular season, with wins against the Carolina Rays (2), Staten Island Extreme (2), Fort Wayne Freedom, Evansville Bluecats (2), Ohio Valley Greyhounds, and the Greenville Riverhawks. The Cardsharks lost in the First round of the 2004 NIFL PLayoffs to the Lexington Horsemen by a final of 45-25.The Cardsharks decided to sit the 2005 season out, and have not played a game since. the team still exists, with their website being www.accardsharks.com
