The Annie Awards are given to an animation award show created by the International Animated Film Society ASIFA-Hollywood, and are "animation's highest honor"[1]. Originally designed to celebrate lifetime or career contributions to animation in the fields of producing, directing, animation, design, writing, voice acting, sound and sound effects, etc., in 1992, it began to honor animation as a whole and started the category of Best Animated Feature. How apt for Halloween, Annie Lennox had a very spooky experience when she was touring around the US of A. Annie was staying in the town of Austin at the Driskill Hotel, which has a huge local reputation of being haunted.
Annie went to London's prestigious Royal Academy Of Music at the age of 17 and is said to have spent her last summer in Aberdeen working in a fish finger factory.
