Super Android 13 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (424 words)
The real film now opens with the completion of Androids #14 and #15, who attack Son Gokū while he is shopping with Chi-Chi and Son Gohan.
At that point of time, both Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks ascend to Super Saiyan form and Androids #14 and #15 are destroyed.
As Androids #13, #14, and #15 are ultimately destroyed, Dr. Gero's spirit computer shuts down for good, while still shouting the words "Gokū must die!".
Android 13 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (512 words)
Android 13, along with his brethren Android 14 and Android 15, was a brainchild of Dr. Gero to aid him in getting revenge against Son Goku, who had single-handedly destroyed the Red Ribbon Army over ten years ago.
But unlike Androids 16-20 and Cell, 13 was created by Dr. Gero's spirit computer, as Gero himself had been betrayed and killed by Android 17 and 18.
While Androids 14 and 15 had already been awakened and were fighting against Goku, Gohan, Krillin, Trunks and Vegeta, Android 13's creation process was completed and he was awakened.
