The first and only "East 258" sign is in Van Wert, possibly where the route originally began and ended.
In 1969, 258 was extended to I-35, going from a spur to a route with both ends at other highways.

Except as provided in 258 CMR 22.03(3)(b)2 or 258 CMR 22.04(10)(b) below, disclosure of client communications, information or records pertaining to a minor client or prospective minor client may be made if prior written consent is obtained from a parent or legal guardian of that minor client or prospective minor client.
The social worker shall take all appropriate steps which are within the lawful scope of practice for his or her level of licensure, as set forth in 258 CMR 12.00, to initiate proceedings for involuntary hospitalization of the client.
