I-99 and US 220 form a 52 mile duplex from north of Bedford to south of Bald Eagle in Bedford and Blair Counties.
The I-99 designation follows US 220 off the north end of the freeway, and the first road the duplex meets is PA 350 here.
PA 164 forms a duplex with Business US 220 at this exit, and the trumpet interchange with I-99/US 220 connects directly to its northern split and then to PA 36/PA 164.
