DEFINITION: Total Renewable Energy Consumption (BBtu). These numbers indicate the total consumption of all types of renewable energies including: renewable hydroelectric, ethanol, geothermal, photovoltaic and solar thermal, wind, wood and waste. Numbers are shown in terms of billions of British Thermal Units.
