DEFINITION: Revenues received by the LEAs from the state and includes unrestricted and restricted grants-in-aid, revenue in lieu of taxes, and payments for, or on behalf of, LEAs. These data are taken from the CCD National Public Education Financial Survey. Per capita figures expressed per 1 population.
