I have looked at the data on road conditions today, 12/5/08...it says, "most recent" by state...but i can not determine the date of the data itself...in other words, this data is as of _________?

We visited Alaska a number of years ago and I remember the tour manager saying what the ranking of the tourist industry is in Alaska. I thought it was quite high. My grandson is doing a study on Alaska and I have given him a lot of the information, however, some of the facts and figures we heard then are things I didn't write down. If you have important information you can email or refer me to a site, I would appreciate it.
